Terms and Conditions
Last updated: May 2026
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the UNNO Institute website, courses, diploma pathways, standalone modules, practical sessions, learning resources, and related services. By enrolling, purchasing a course, uploading documents, or using our platforms, you agree to these terms.
1. Eligibility
Certain UNNO Institute programmes are restricted to qualified medical professionals, including doctors, nurses, and dentists. Some standalone courses may be available to trained aestheticians or other approved learners, depending on the course requirements.
2. Admission and Verification
UNNO Institute reserves the right to request, review, and verify professional certificates, licences, identification, or other documents before confirming admission or granting access to restricted courses.
Important: Any applicant or student who forges certificates, submits false documents, misrepresents professional status, impersonates another person, or uses another person’s credentials may have their admission withdrawn, course access revoked, practical booking cancelled, and fees forfeited where applicable. UNNO Institute may also report such conduct to the appropriate authorities or professional bodies.
3. Course Access
Course access depends on the pathway purchased:
- Full Diploma: Students may receive access to required theory courses, resources, and practical scheduling based on the diploma structure.
- Pay-As-You-Go: Students receive access only to the modules purchased and may unlock additional modules through future purchases.
- Standalone Courses: Students receive access only to the specific course or module purchased.
4. Payments and Fees
All fees must be paid through approved payment channels. Access to courses, resources, practical sessions, or certificates may be withheld until payment is confirmed. Fees, course prices, and payment structures may be updated from time to time.
5. Practicals
Practical sessions are subject to eligibility, availability, centre capacity, instructor schedules, and successful completion of required theory modules. Practical centres may include Lagos, Abuja, or any other approved UNNO Institute location.
6. Student Conduct
Students are expected to conduct themselves professionally. UNNO Institute may suspend or remove a student for:
- Submitting false or misleading information.
- Disruptive, abusive, unethical, or unsafe behaviour.
- Unauthorised sharing of course materials, login details, recordings, or resources.
- Violation of clinical, safety, or professional standards during practical sessions.
7. Intellectual Property
All course materials, videos, documents, resources, brand assets, frameworks, and training content provided by UNNO Institute remain the intellectual property of UNNO Institute or its licensors. Students may not copy, resell, reproduce, distribute, or teach from these materials without written permission.
8. Certificates
Certificates may be issued only after the student has met the required academic, practical, payment, attendance, verification, and assessment conditions. UNNO Institute reserves the right to withhold or revoke certificates where misconduct, impersonation, false documentation, or non-compliance is discovered.
9. Refunds and Transfers
Refunds, transfers, or deferrals are subject to UNNO Institute’s internal policy and may depend on the course type, access granted, administrative costs, payment gateway charges, and timing of the request.
10. No Guarantee of Outcome
UNNO Institute provides education, training, and professional development. We do not guarantee employment, income, business success, licensing approval, or professional recognition outside the scope of the programme purchased.
11. Platform Access
Students are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login details. UNNO Institute may restrict access where there is suspected account sharing, unauthorised use, security risk, or breach of these terms.
12. Changes to Courses or Terms
UNNO Institute may update course content, instructors, schedules, fees, platforms, practical arrangements, policies, or these Terms and Conditions where necessary.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, UNNO Institute shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or business losses arising from the use of our website, courses, platforms, or services.
